GentsPoint

We’ve done quite some racing lately. Here’s a group photo (not to mention our first one on here!) from the 20thAnniversaryBlitz, the 11th part of the Zuerimetzgkatze alleycat series and also the Veloblitz birthday bash. Nice blend of  checkpoint tasks, city knowledge and fast-paced riding. Out of 78 starters all of us ended up  6th and 7th. Good enough to enjoy the party afterwards.

…you didn’t know, i thought it’d be the time to tell you that i have these. I know we’ve all seen’em on the internets, but whatever.. i gottem LIVE. Who cares though right? Ridin’ brakeless anyways.. hahah.

speaking of material goods:

Fishermen

Ain't gettin Married!

I bought these yesterday. How nice are these, huh? I love the fishermen, they are super summery – All barefoot and all. My dad used to always have a box of these lil figurines cuz he used to design the sets for the plays he was directing, so i was happy to buy some of my own after all this time…  plus I mean, who doesn’t love breakdancing kids?  Oh man, that brings me to my next question, anybody read “7 Years” by Peter Stamm? I just did and it sucked. Holy sh*t, sometimes it’s difficult to understand which books get great reviews and which don’t – this one sure did, but as far as I’m concerned it blew. There were of course some good aspects, but in the end it was just SO banal, it was mind-boggeling. well.. next up Richard Powers and his “Generosity. An Enhancement” – which has also gotten GREAT Reviews, so I’m a little worried, but I have a feeling that it’ll be better than the one mentioned above…

Geez. Enough of the Book-talk now.
